EACCR Leadership

"The natural leader is defined by aptitude and self-confidence; the spiritual leader is defined by God-reliance and self-sacrifice. While the former seeks his own gain, the latter expends himself, not to take advantage of subordinates, but to build them." —Bryan Bezeazu-uh, Ministry of Stewardship (2010)

Operating on the principle of selfless investment to empower others, our Service Team, which directs the ministry's operations, is led by the General (Ministries) Coordinator, Bryan Bezeazu-uh, assisted by the Fellowship Coordinator, Louis Nkom, and the Worship Leader, Simo Sevidzem.

This leadership provides cohesive vision and continuity, guided by experienced figures rooted in the Catholic Charismatic Renewal. This vision is executed through three active specialized ministries:

The Upper Room Ministry: This ministry merges the functions of prayer and intercession, comprising gifted intercessors and compassionate prayer ministers to form the spiritual foundation.

The Teaching and Evangelization Ministry: This ministry is led by trained Bible and Catechism Study Facilitators who equip participants with foundational and doctrinal truths necessary for mature discipleship and active Gospel promotion.

The Music and Worship Ministry: This group cultivates an atmosphere of authentic adoration to prepare hearts for encountering God's unconditional love.

Our ultimate mandate is to move participants to vibrant, active discipleship.
Furthermore, the Hospitality and Outreach Ministry is currently being developed under careful guidance from the Holy Spirit.
We are privileged to operate under the continuous pastoral oversight of a Spiritual Director, Fr. Jude Esua Fongouk (Administrator at St. Dominic Church), whose wisdom provides invaluable ecclesiastical guidance.
